Overview
The institutional Mouse Genetics Research Facility has been established to provide the Mount Sinai research community with access to state-of-the-art facilities for the production of transgenic and knockout mice, as well as related rodent embryology techniques. On a fee-for-service basis, the facility will provide basic services.
The staff of the Mouse Genetics SRF will also be available to assist investigators with other rodent surgical techniques, such as vasectomies, ovariectomies, ovary transplants, etc.
Please contact the Director of this Shared Resource to obtain any additional information which may be required.
PLEASE REMEMBER — For funding purposes, it is important to acknowledge the Mouse Genetics Shared Research Facility in all publications that include data derived from the facility. In addition, any acknowledgments should mention the NCI shared resources grant, which partially supports all work conducted through the Mouse Genetics SRF. Please contact Facility Director Kevin Kelley for the grant fund number for the acknowledgments.
